Paul Templeman

Paul has over 35 years of commercial experience, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills at the age of 28 when he founded his first technology start up, Techad MK Ltd with 35 employees.

He held a number of senior executive positions in IT before striking out on his own again with a business consultancy in e-commerce, 247 Transact Ltd. In 2002 he was commissioned to write a feasibility study for Neteller, a Canadian company, to advise on its expansion planes in Europe.

Neteller appointed Paul CEO of it’s European business, where he was instrumental in taking the company to market. During his tenure Neteller became the second largest capitalised company on AIM at over £ 1 billion. In this role, Paul was responsible for the global development of its payments division, and the expansion of the company through acquisition.

Later Paul went on to advise a number of other e-commerce companies on their expansion and acquisition strategy, acquiring a valuable network of contacts in private equity and banking, and taking positions on the board of UK and overseas corporations such as Dateserve Inc (US), Edengilt, Chargestream and PSIPay.

Paul is joint founder of Equity Vision.

John Daw

John has more than 25 years’ experience of financial services. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte before moving into asset management followed by the renowned venture and buyout funds of Permira and Apax Partners. Subsequently he has co-founded several companies in the financial services and technology sector, including Hertfordshire PLC and has taken board positions with a number of companies in consultancy and executive positions with the focus on turnaround or disposal.

He brings with him extensive commercial knowledge, entrepreneurial flair and vision and broad based technical financial knowledge.
